Unfortunately it was not completed. Pity, as i liked it a lot. Maybe we could complete it 2007, as all players, who joined this Tournament, are still more or less active. Ah, except Ilgin. (26th ofJune 2007)

DURING GAME
1) count total whales for each team, if (max-min)/min >=%50 then restart 2) max timeout 150 (increasing timeout up to 150 is allowed)
3) no decreasing time out except to 0 (but not in the last 10 seconds!) 4) End of turn moves allowed5) Great Library allowed 6) No tech exchange
7) Agree on win/lose before setting endy, otherwise whoever sets endy loses (if game ends without agreement)
8) One tv for each game (if possible) and referee only checks if the rules are obeyed and to record who cheated)
9) No cutting 10) Stop playing if someone disconnects and wait 10min maximum.
11) 10 min total break for each team is allowed.
12) DO NOT TAKE GAMES SERIOUSLY, PLAY FOR FUN!
